Making & shipping your order

Each made-to-order piece is crafted by hand, just for you. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your jewellery to be created and sent on its way. For pieces that are already made and ready to go, your order will be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

All parcels are sent through Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery included, so your piece is safe from the moment it leaves my hands to when it arrives in yours. You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as it’s been posted.

If your package hasn’t shown up after a reasonable time, reach out and I’ll help however I can.

For international orders: customs fees, taxes, or import charges might apply depending on where you are. These vary from country to country, and any extra costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
