Returns & Exchanges

I want you to truly adore your TGC piece, however, if something isn’t quite right, I offer returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Just send me a message within that time and we’ll sort it out together.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Since each piece is handmade with care, made to order, bespoke/custom pieces, and anything marked on sale can’t be returned.
• Returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is at your cost and a tracked option must be used to be safe.
• TGC is not responsible for any return items lost in transit or any items damaged in return transit. 

If your piece arrives damaged or something seems off, please get in touch - I’ll always do my best to make it right.
