Making & shipping your order

Each made-to-order piece is crafted by hand, just for you. Please allow 4–8 weeks for your jewellery to be created and sent on its way. For pieces that are already made and ready to go, your order will be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

All parcels are sent through Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery included, so your piece is safe from the moment it leaves my hands to when it arrives in yours. You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as it’s been posted.

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout, and that someone will be around to sign for your parcel during weekday hours (9am–5pm). Shipping times are estimates only, and while I do my best to keep things running smoothly, occasional delays can happen once your order is in transit.

If your package hasn’t shown up after a reasonable time, reach out and I’ll help however I can.

For international orders: customs fees, taxes, or import charges might apply depending on where you are. These vary from country to country, and any extra costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your parcel gets returned due to an incomplete address or not being collected in time, I’ll be in touch to organise re-delivery — any extra shipping costs will be passed on.
